DELIVERY & CLICK/COLLECT OPTIONS

We offer nationwide shipping throughout New Zealand for all of our items, as well as click and collect from our showroom located in the Life Fitness building; 15 The Boulevard, Te Rapa, Hamilton.

To calculate how much shipping will be, add all your items to your shopping cart and then select your region and postcode. The cost will be calculated on the total weight of your cart and your location in New Zealand.

We have worked with our shipping partners to ensure we are offering you the very best shipping prices that we can.

For smaller items and items under 25kg your items will be delivered by courier.

For larger items and items over 25kg your items will be delivered by carrier.

 

  • Orders placed on the weekend or a NZ public holiday, will be processed on the next business day.
  • You can select to click and collect your item from our warehouse at 15 The Boulevard, Te Rapa, Hamilton. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.
  • For delivery of equipment please allow 2-5 days approximately. Delivery to rural addresses normally takes an extra 1-3 days. Delivery times of orders may vary.
  • Orders are sent via our network of courier and carriers, and unfortunately we cannot be guaranteed on a specific date at a specific time.
  • All orders are shipped using Track and Trace. You will receive tracking details for your order.
  • Where possible, orders are delivered securely to your doorstep only (access dependent).
  • Door to door standard delivery service requires easy access to ground level only (no stairs).
  • Some customer assistance may be required at time of delivery for heavier items or bulk orders.
  • Extra charges will apply for all non-standard deliveries and must be organised and paid for before delivery is made.
  • Before signing the trucks delivery docket please inspect your items thoroughly for any signs of damaged packaging. Write any noticeable damages on the delivery docket and then sign it. Please take a photo of the damaged packaging too. Please then notify us within 24 hours of delivery with any damages.
  • Special instructions can be added at checkout for more information on delivery i.e. narrow driveway, rear access. We will then contact you with anything that may cause issues with your delivery.
  • Assembly is not included as standard. If you would like to inquire about assembly of your order, please contact us.
