Can I return my order?
Yes. We have a 14 day right of return. Our only rule around that is that the item must be returned unused and contain all original packaging with instruction manuals.
Can I return Clearance items?
Items that we sell on clearance cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. This is so we can make room in our warehouse for new gear!
I have received the wrong order, what do I do?
We are all human and sometimes mistakes happen. Please flick us an email at email@example.com and we will sort it out.
You are out of stock of the item I want, are you getting any more?
If we have sold out of something, then flick us an email or chat to us on our live chat (during business hours) and we can advise of future stock availability.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order as long as it is unused and is returned with all original packaging and any accompanying manuals. Simply email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you our Returns Form.
Please note that we have the right to decline a return upon receipt and inspection, but we will communicate with you should this happen.
Are Dumbbells and Plates sold individually or in pairs?
All DBs and plates are sold individually. If you are after a pair, then please ensure you have changed the quantity to two.
Is there any warranty period?
Our equipment will have a warranty period, and the length of this will differ dependant on the item. Please refer to our Warranty page for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards.
We also offer Afterpay and Gilrose Finance to make it easier for you to get the gear you want and spread those payments out. Learn more
What currency is your store?
We only have NZD pricing on our website. If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in NZD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to get my delivery?
Delivery times vary by postcode. We aim to get your order out the door within 2 business days of receiving your order.
For large and items over 25kg we use a freight carrier. For smaller items up to 25kg we will send your order via our courier network.
As soon as we have dispatched your order we will send you tracking details.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We have a showroom and warehouse you can pick up items from in Hamilton.
15 The Boulevard, Te Rapa, Hamilton. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
How much does shipping cost?
We have worked very hard to ensure we have low shipping costs. The cost of shipping is based on weight and the dimensions of the item. Large or bulky/heavy items will most likely be shipped on a pallet to minimise freight costs. Sometimes we may also split your order into separate deliveries if it enables us to give you a better delivery price.
Where do you ship?
We freight nationwide in New Zealand. If you are outside NZ, then please contact us first before placing an order.
